Kim Conley - Throughout her career, Kim has worked in many segments of the salon industry with some of the most inspiring educators in the world. Kim was the first Salon Director at a nationally recognized spa Tallgrass Aveda Day Spa and Salon in Evergreen, Colorado. In order to stay informed and motivated in an ever-changing industry, she attends professional classes and trade shows several times a year. A degree in Business Administration was completed while maintaining her career as a cosmetologist. As an independent contractor, prices for Kim Conley are based on time, technical difficulty, loyalty and frequency of visits. A consultation, shampoo, attention to detail and finishing, style lesson, product education, blow dry, and final inspection are included for each salon service.

That experience provided her with a wealth of advanced technical training for color, cutting, and texture services from Aveda, Toni and Guy, Matrix, Yosh, Paul Mitchell, American Crew, and Bumble & Bumble.

COLOR SERVICES
Kim has a variety of color lines in her palette depending on the desired results and needs of the client. Special product requests are welcome. Matrix Color Insider is ammonia and PPD free to maximize shine and client comfort. Redken Shades EQ is her preferred color for glazing. L’Oreal is used because they actually make a bleach that is ammonia free to eliminate breakage during the highlighting process. Blondes from JBeverly Hills and Wella are also favorites. Organic hair color is an option that is available upon consultation.
